So, it has come to my attention lately that people have been trying to post comments on the blog, but they have disappeared into thin air and never been published.  I have been investigating and it seems that it mainly happens with people using their Apple devices, I have no idea why.
I have changed some settings around, so would love if some of you might leave some comments below so we can test if I have things right?
So, what are your plans for the weekend?  Maybe you might like to introduce yourself to others that read the blog?  What are you loving lately?  Are there any burning issues you would like us to discuss on this blog?  Lets just have a chat over the weekend and see where we end up?

I would love to hear from you (especially Iphone users) to see if I have it fixed…..

So here’s my chat to get us started:
My weekend looks like it is shaping up to be a good one.  Wine time tonight (I always enjoy a Friday night bevvy to unwind!), the school fete tomorrow (head on down to St Francis of Assisi Calwell from 10am til 3pm if you are in Canberra and say hi) and Sunday Funday on Sunday (of course! There will be a post on this coming up soon).  What are you up to?
I have to share with you a new Podcast I am loving – The Well.  Thankyou so much to my soul sister for recommending it to me.  It reminds me a lot of the chats I have with my sister. The Well is Mamamia’s answer to the “wellness” craze – a podcast all about how to live a better life, but without giving up bread, your phone or your sanity.  You can check it out here.  It makes me laugh, cry, nod my head, and talk back to my ipod making me look like a crazy woman!! What podcasts do you love?
This week my daughter and I have been a little unwell with a silly cold and sore throat. I have been busy in my down time trying to teach myself how to successfully use my sewing machine ( an activity I thought would be “restful” while I was feeling unwell…. How wrong I was!).  I am attempting my first quilt.  Are there any experienced quilters out there? Linda??????  I’m attempting (what I thought would be) a simple block quilt.  How do I get all the squares to match up?  I have sewed my blocks into rows and now need to sew the rows together, but it seems like my rows are bowed!! I’m already calling it my perfectly imperfect quilt because I am sure that is how it is going to end up!! If it almost works out I might even do a post about it (if it’s not too embarrassing!!).
What else?  What was something that made you feel good this week?  I got some happiness when I dropped my daughter at childcare and she was happy as Larry to be there.  (BTW, Larry is really happy!)  I also got a bit of a boost from sneaking in two catch ups with my favourite Sister this week!  Seeing my son excited about his first school fete brings me joy, as well as looking forward to spending time with Hubby and the kids this weekend.
Don’t forget to comment below so I know if the setting changes fixed the problem, and so I’m not just that crazy woman talking to herself again (but there’s nothing wrong with that right?!?!?!).
